The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the execution of the contracted service. The future
offer of products and services will be based on the requested consent, and in the case of the withdrawal of this
consent, would never condition the execution of the contract.

The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary
to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is
a legal obligation.

AI ASSISTANT COMMUNICATIONS
Mojo Estates uses an AI assistant named Mette to help with property inquiries and scheduling. When you provide your contact information and consent to be contacted:
1. You may receive calls from our AI assistant, which will clearly identify itself as “Mette, an AI assistant from Mojo Estates”

2. These calls may be transcribed for training and quality assurance purposes 3. Our AI assistant can help answer questions, provide property information, and schedule viewings

4. You can request to speak with a human agent at any time during the call 5. You can opt out of AI assistant calls by saying “please add me to your do not call list” or by contacting [email protected]

We maintain strict compliance with all applicable telemarketing regulations, including permitted calling hours (10:00 AM-1:00 PM and 2:00 PM-8:00 PM, Monday-Friday only) and frequency limits (maximum 4 calls per month).

COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES AND CONSENT
Mojo Estates respects your communication preferences and manages consent separately for each communication channel:
1. Phone/SMS Consent: When you provide your phone number and select the phone/SMS consent option, we may contact you via phone calls (including AI assistant calls) and/or SMS messages, subject to the following limits: – Maximum 1 call per day
– Maximum 2 calls per week
– Maximum 4 calls per 30-day period
– Maximum 1 SMS per day
– Maximum 2 SMS per week
– Maximum 4 SMS per 30-day period
– Maximum 8 total contacts (calls + SMS) per 30-day period 2. Email Consent: When you provide your email address and select the email consent option, we may send you property information, newsletters, and updates.

3. Withdrawing Consent: You may withdraw consent for any or all communication channels at any time by:
– Saying “add me to your do not call list” during a call
– Replying “STOP” to any SMS message

You may decline recording at the beginning of any call without affecting the service provided.

5. Opt-Out Rights: You have the right to opt out of communications at any time through any of the methods described in our Privacy Policy.

In the event of any dispute regarding communications or consent: 1. Evidence of Consent: Mojo Estates maintains comprehensive records of all consent provided, including timestamp, IP address, exact consent language shown, and any subsequent changes to consent status.
